These Terms of Service govern your use of leatherpatta.com and any purchase made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
The website is operated by Leather Patta, a proprietorship based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. References to "we", "us", "our", or "Leather Patta" refer to this business. References to "you" or "customer" refer to the person visiting or purchasing from our website.
Agreement to Terms
By visiting leatherpatta.com, browsing our product catalogue, adding items to your cart, completing a purchase, or contacting us via our listed contact details, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that a parent or legal guardian is completing the purchase on your behalf.

Products & Descriptions
We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Due to differences in screen calibration and monitor settings, actual colours may vary slightly from what is shown on your device — this is not a defect.
All belts sold on leatherpatta.com are made from 100% genuine full-grain leather. Any product descriptions stating "genuine leather" are accurate and verified.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit the quantities of any product available for purchase
- Discontinue any product at any time without notice
- Correct typographical errors in pricing or descriptions
- Modify product specifications without prior notice
Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email and dispatch your item.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability or stock errors
- Errors in product or pricing information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to verify payment or delivery address
If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Order cancellations by the customer must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 82872 54548. Cancellations requested after dispatch are not possible — you may exchange the item post-delivery as per our exchange policy.
Pricing & Payment
All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and Shopify Payments, both PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We do not store your card details.
In the event of a payment failure where your bank account is debited but no order confirmation is received, please contact us within 48 hours with your bank transaction reference. We will verify and either confirm the order or arrange a full refund within 2 business days.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Orders dispatched within 1–2 business days from Ghaziabad, UP
- Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days after dispatch
- Tracking details sent via email and SMS upon dispatch
- We do not ship internationally at this time
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel is dispatched. However, if your order does not arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate and resolve the matter.
If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, re-dispatch may be subject to a nominal shipping charge.
Exchange & Return Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery for size-related issues. To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
- Item must not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage

Return shipping costs for size exchanges are the customer's responsibility. We cover shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
Intellectual Property
All content on leatherpatta.com — including but not limited to product photographs, text, brand name, logo, design, and visual elements — is the exclusive property of Leather Patta and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission.
The "Leather Patta" name and any associated logos or marks are proprietary. Unauthorised use of our brand identity for commercial purposes may result in legal action.
User Conduct
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website. Prohibited activities include:

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
You may also approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the relevant State Consumer Forum if you believe your consumer rights have been violated.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
