At Leather Patta, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.


1️⃣ Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included
  • Product must not be damaged due to misuse

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2️⃣ Return Process

  2. Mention your Order ID
  3. Share reason for return
  4. Attach product images (if applicable)

Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup.


3️⃣ Return Charges

A ₹100 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all accepted returns.

This amount covers:

  • Reverse pickup logistics
  • Handling and inspection charges
  • Payment gateway charges

If the return is due to a defective or wrong product sent by us, no deduction will be applied.


4️⃣ Refund Policy

  • Refund will be initiated after product inspection.
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
  • Please note:
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • ₹100 return processing fee will be deducted before issuing the refund.

5️⃣ Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Only size exchanges are allowed (if applicable).
  • If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued after ₹100 deduction.

6️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging

7️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A wrong product

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
