Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on every order, to every pincode we can reach across India. There is no minimum order value and no hidden delivery charges — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

This applies to all products — belts, combo orders, and everything in between.

Dispatch Times

We dispatch from our facility in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Orders are processed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days of being placed. Our dispatch cutoff time is 11 AM IST.

Delivery Window

Once dispatched, your belt will be delivered within 4–7 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location — metro cities and major towns typically receive orders faster than rural or remote areas.

Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are excluded from delivery count.
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. You'll receive a tracking link when your order is handed to the courier.

We work with India's most reliable logistics partners. The courier assigned to your order depends on your pincode, availability, and estimated delivery speed in your area.

Shiprocket / Delhivery
Primary courier for most pincodes across India. Fast, reliable, with live tracking.
Blue Dart / DTDC
Used for metro cities and urgent deliveries where available.
India Post
Used for remote pincodes where private couriers do not have coverage.
You cannot choose your courier at checkout — we select the best available option for your pincode. If you have a courier preference for a special reason, contact us before placing the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details automatically. Here's how it works:

You receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Dispatched — Tracking Link Sent
Once your belt is packed and handed to the courier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with a live tracking link.

Track Anytime
Use the tracking link to check real-time status. You can also log in to your account on leatherpatta.com and view your order status from the Orders section.

Out for Delivery
Most couriers send an SMS or call on the day of delivery. Ensure your phone is reachable and the delivery address is complete with a landmark.
No tracking email? Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's still missing, WhatsApp us at +91 82872 54548 with your order number.

Delivery Issues

We take every order seriously. If something goes wrong with your delivery, here's what to do:

📭Order not arrived
If more than 8 business days have passed since dispatch with no delivery, contact us immediately. We'll investigate and resolve it.
📦Damaged parcel
If the outer packaging looks damaged, photograph it before opening. If the belt is damaged, contact us with photos for a free replacement.
Wrong item received
Contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange free pickup and replacement at no cost to you.
🏠Delivery missed
Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. After that, the parcel returns to us. Contact us to rearrange delivery — reshipping may incur a nominal charge.
📍Wrong address entered
Contact us within 2 hours of ordering to update the address. Once dispatched, address changes are not possible through us — you'll need to contact the courier directly.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. International orders are not available through our website at this time.

If you're based outside India and interested in our products, drop us an email — we're exploring international shipping and will notify you when it becomes available.

For NRIs placing orders to an Indian address for gifts or family — that's absolutely fine. Just use the Indian delivery address at checkout and we'll ship directly.
